Make Nash the special guest referee playing up to his "hatred" for HHH, but having him turn on the Undertaker during the match. This will add the extra element to keep it fresh and shows that The Undertaker can overcome any odds to keep his streak intact.

Have The Undertaker hit one of his finishers on Nash so a new ref has to come out and he gets the win over HHH.
