such. It is overkill. Of course a face GM would put a heel in an unfair match but what is the reason for putting him in such a ridiculously unfair match? That seems like something a HEEL GM would do to a babyface to make him an underdog and get cheers.
And yes the WWE does care about card placement AT Wrestlemania. That is why Daniel Bryan didnt even get to wrestle on the show at WM 27 because a Rock promo is higher on "card placement". Your argument would make sense for a MITB at WM but not for a World Title match. You are making a fool of yourself.
