I see, well that makes sense seeing as he was based in Michigan.

Still, it makes me wonder about people like the owner of Megaupload who had the Megaupload HQ in Hong Kong and the owner of TVShack who was based in Sheffield in England.

The last I heard about the latter, the American government wanted him to be extradited so he could stand trial in American and possibly be jailed for five years.

It sounds a bit fucked up to me.
