I'm not saying frost giants are the ONLY villains, just that in the picture it looks very much like a frost giant. Loki says he has an army, and it is probably a combination of frost giants and whatever technological force is behind the space ships.
Maybe red skull? There was a red skull toy for the avengers line leaked a while back.
