He ranked the Red Sox as 18th which makes sense since they spend most of the time developing a certain position than overall. Ends up hurting them overall and also got ranked as last in the division as a result (1 spot below the Orioles).
Speaking of the Red Sox, they lost out on Roy Oswalt because he doesn't want to play in a potentially cold-weather area late in the season or playoffs. He didn't care about the money or the state of the team for his decision. Oswalt himself even lowered his asking price from around the $14 million per year range to now just $10 million per year for the remaining teams left in the bidding.

If the Padres had not traded Rizzo they would have had someone in the top 25. Wow, I guess that rules out the Colorado Rockies for Oswalt doesn't it? LOL!! I guess now he's probably gonna go to like maybe LA or Houston. Maybe the Rangers are gonna be in on this.
