Apparently he was co-DC in St. Louis for a couple of years and then the full DC in 2000. But then he got fired and has been bouncing around as a defensive backs coach ever since. Kinda shitty that the Giants blocked him after the Super Bowl win, but then again I don't know what team he was trying to go to. Personally I'd probably block anybody trying to go to a division rival but other than that I'd let them advance.
