According to Amaro, the Phillies "have no room" for Oswalt because of all the SP on the roster.

Halladay, Lee, Hamels, Worley are for sure I would think. Fifth guy could be Blanton, Willis or Kendrick. I'd rather have Oswalt as the regular and use the latter three as spot starters if possible (or long relief, but there are plenty of guys back there already).

Dunno. I don't really have faith in Blanton anymore, never know what Willis will bring and I've never been a fan of Kendrick in the rotation.
