Santino is funny, and he has that same lovable goof thing going for him but thats all satino has. Foley could cut a wide range of promos and go from being funny/quirky and with in seconds become crazy/serious. he was credible in his matches and was a threat to top guys. really a no contest for me, interested in how tpww views this tho.
