The biggest problem for Damon this offseason was the lack of interest in the DH market considering almost all of the AL teams already had the spot filled on their team for 2012 with the rest choosing the cheaper/youth player.

Would be a waste for NL teams to go after him considering his lack of defense and throwing range.
