Apparently the promotion involving free PS Vita's at Taco Bell backfired badly due to Taco Bell not realizing their contest servers got hacked so hackers were able to activate the winning codes while the legitimate winners can't receive their PS Vitas.
Taco Bell now is placing all the legitimate winners in another drawing contest but no guarantees this one won't get hacked either nor any guarantees of anyone who was an original winner will still be able to get a free PS Vita.
