PWInsider.com has confirmed that the bitter verbal showdown between Sting Fan and Rock Bottom was in fact a planned part of the storyline. Creative is intentionally building up Sting Fan while making Rock Bottom look bad in an effort to boost buyrates for their upcoming showdown.
