...So, are you chanting RVD because it would be good to have him turn heel or because you want him to have a title shot as a face? To be honest with you, RVD bores the hell out of me as a face, so crap on that. A heel turn would be worth a chant though, so I'm assuming that you are all refering to a heel turn.
