You could always buy a TV tuner for your computer. I got one at OfficeMax (or Staples. One of those office superstores) that just plugs into my USB port. I just run the coax cable into one end of it, plug it into my computer, and I can record TV onto my hard-drive. I can also freeze-frame, too.

Of course, the computer that I have that running to doesn't have Internet, so I can't upload the pics myself.
