Dolph Ziggler

He'll still embrace being a "show-off" but his energy and everything in the ring lends itself to being a babyface. I think it will happen when he finally ditches Vickie and decides to go on a quest to become World Champion on his own. He'll go through hell and "earn respect" or whatever and he gets his shot against a mega-heel who will help him make the solid transition to babyface.
