Do the Titans give Manning a better chance of winning a Super Bowl than the Broncos?

I didn't think the Titans would even be in the running, but on paper the teams are almost even. He'd probably have an easier time winning the division in the AFC West, but outside of Houston, he wouldn't have much to worry about in the AFC South either.
