You might want to. Say you have a major hardrive crash and you have to reformat. Unless it gives you the option of a "Safe Recovery" (possible as long as the hardrive itself isnt physically damaged and will allow you) and you're able to save the digital copies. If not, then they're gone...and you wont have to Blu-rays around to make new copies. ALWAYS, keep your DVD's yo.
