The Miz could make a great face under the right circumstances. He's got the mic skills, the catchphrases and the ability to do public appearances for the WWE. He'll just drop the annoying elements of his character and replace them with different annoying elements.
Dolph Ziggler, as far as ring work goes, could make a great babyface. I'm in no hurry to see him turned, though. I'd rather see Jack Swagger turn right now. Ziggler is just too good, and is still finding his centre as a heel, let alone as a face (as CSL said). One day, but just not now.
I have no doubt that Wade Barrett could play a great face. Would he be a better heel? Yeah, probably. But give Barrett the right situation and he could play a cool, relaxed "I'm going go kick your ass now" babyface effortlessly.
Alberto Del Rio would be interesting. His whole character now is so heel. I don't have any doubts that Del Rio has got the ring skills to pull it off, but I just can't imagine Del Rio coming out in one of his cards with his personal ring announcer as being anything other than a face of circumstance -- the "lesser of two evils," if you will.
Christian turning is something that I want to happen. There are very few guys who can play effective faces, and I think Christian is one of them. His heel shtick really doesn't have too much of a place at the moment. Have him turn on Team Laurinaitis at WrestleMania and stay the same wormy, lawyer-using character; but he uses it for the powers of good now. Sort of like a heel Christian we are meant to cheer, instead of the confident, honest face he played for years.
Drew McIntyre recently convinced me that he could make a great babyface. I think the WWE have shat the bed with that one, though. Maybe a few months down the track.
