Probably more a clash of personalities and styles more than anything, Narc. Peyton's gonna want to do things HIS way with HIS guys. Harbaugh doesn't seem like the kinda guy to just give control up. Not to mention the 9ers barely have the cash to sign Peyton, let alone any of his friends
