No, this works against them and totally fucks Williams. The NFL warned them before the playoffs last year, this shows they chose to ignore it. Whether they directly had anything to do with it is irrelevant in the NFL's eyes, they repeatedly failed to control the guy(s) they're in charge of. It happens everywhere in the world, the actions of a lowly employee can affect everyone above him on the ladder
