That's the thing. people seem so blown away by the concept of multiplayer. my friends and I have done it via LAN for years (We'd hijack the computer lab after school... ). The novelty's worn on me, it'll wear on other people. The headsets are nifty too, but a novelty deal. I remember playing multiplayer games where I could talk to the other people too...Because I was in the same room as them...

I am thankful that we get more multiplayter games, and online games are cool, but a lot of the buzz around games like Halo are total shit.
