NEWSFLASH: Vince, nobody watches every show each week. You're desperately grasping for ratings, never giving any idea a chance to catch on. When people tune in every other week, there have been so many drastic changes that they turn off. Come on, Vince. People tune in and expect credibility, even though you tell them just entertainment. What they get, and they're dying of thirst for a reasonable quenching product, is indeed a Raw soured urine delivery into their charred and burnt throats, forcing all to spit and repel with disgust when they trusted the WWE to deliver hope. Sorry, but that's frigging harsh. Maybe I am bitter; maybe I am confused, distorted or just dreaming. If so, thank God I still can, cos I never dreamt I'd see this.
I watch every show every week, and every PPV as well.

Well The Snake obviously has had his share of drug and alcohol problems in the past, and who knows how bad they are now. He is probably bitter because of the direction that wrestling is going today. He is used to the time when WWE was more focused on wrestling and storylines were mainly used to build up feuds. Nowadays, the storyline side of the business is definitely more important, since we are seeing more and more shows starting and/or ending with contract signings, monologues about how one guy will kick the other guys ass, and bra and panties matches and bikini contests. People like drama these days, and its sad that the wrestling aspect of the business has to pay for this in order to make money.

I can understand what Jake is trying to say and why he would be bitter, but great stars such as Kurt Angle, Eddie Guerrero, Chris Benoit, and so many up and coming superstars continue to put on great matches whenever they have the chance. I would tell him that wrestling has to adapt to the current era, and I think that Vince has done a pretty good job of it up until now.
