Caught an early screening of it at midday. I was the only person in the cinema, which was pretty awesome and I never imagined would happen. Film was incredible! Loved it! Kinda wish the end battle was longer, the Avengers didn't really seem to be getting their asses kicked, in order to make the big comeback, but overall was a fantastic movie, and worth five movies of hype.
My only complaint was the fact I had to watch it in German!
There were some moments I didn't understand, but the biggest gripe I had with it is the same thing I hated about Johnny English 2, and that's overdubs. Rowan Atkinson without Rowan Atkinson's voice, isn't Rowan Atkinson. The same applied to the Avengers. Stark's quips didn't seem as effective without Robert Downey Jrs. voice, and as you can imagine, Thor doesn't sound like an Asgardian God of Thunder with a German accent.
But this is a personal thing for me, and not really a problem with the movie, will definitely watch it in English when it comes out on DVD.
Was prepared to 'die a happy man' after seeing this movie, but now with the hint of Thanos being in a sequel, gonna have to prolong my life by a few more years.
