Looks like they're back to using the traditional format for the playoff round considering Euro 08 had teams from the same group meeting in the Semis instead of the usual Finals.

A lot of places seem to be agreeing that whoever wins the Group of Death (Group B/2) would be the heavy favorites to win the whole thing.
