Had to go with Piper on this one. I love Scott Hall and the highlights of his career were great highlight even greater than Pipers but Piper had lasting highlights during a time when Hulkamania ruled and Macho Madness was spreading across the land and the warrior spirit was rising. And this was near the end of pipers career.
