10. Seattle Seahawks- They rarely have bad seasons, but they rarely have good seasons too. They always seem to finish around the 7-9, 8-8, or 9-7 range. I could have this wrong, but I have heard that this franchise has never won a playoff game, and they have been around for 27 years or so. OUCH. I'm not sure what their fanbase is like, I suppose it's ok, but they are doomed to be in NFL purgatory forever. This year is no exception. I hope they will beat the Niners and the Packers lose so Seattle can squeak in, but I can't see that happening. SF will beat them and it won't matter what GB does.
