My hometown boys, the Lansing Lugnuts (Class 'A' Toronto affiliate) are currently the 2nd best professional baseball team in the land, behind only the St. Lucie Mustangs.

Fucking 25 GAMES OVER .500!!! Outstanding job, boys!

Oh, and did I mention there's still 2 games in their first half, which is normally 70 games per half of the season but one game won't be made up. Still, they won the MWL Eastern Division which puts us in the MWL playoffs in Sept. Never thought I'd say this (at least not since 2003 when they last won a title), but I'm so much more impressed by them than the Tigers right now.
