Slippy from Star Fox 64. Almost every couple of minutes he's always complaining for help or getting into situations where he gets shot up.

Found Navi to be more annoying than Fi in the Zelda series.

Hilary from GTA Vice City. Probably the hardest mission to complete in Vice City to get him to join your group and then dies off quickly in the next mission making the previous mission a huge waste of time.
