How and why? There's many third party characters that would fit just fine with Smash. Why MM? I would understand some mysterious convo between Nintendo and Capcom during the time but we haven't even that.

If it's just a thought, that's whatever. But I've heard this in more places than here and it seems like people just really wanted Mega Man in Brawl.
