There are 16 hours of main show TV between PPVs... and they have to put so much random filler in PPVs because they can't hype more than 4 matches in that time.

... HOW!?!?

Seriously, it used to be absurd to not have 8 matches all with legit build on PPV. And even then, there were feuds that had to be left off for time purposes. I don't get how the writers can be THAT inept.
