I absolutely loved it. It is by and far, for me, the most emotional of the three. Even though he wasnt in the film as much as I was expecting, Michael Caine was absolutely brilliant. His performance brought me nearly to tears.
Anne Hathaway has silenced all haters. Her performance was excellent, and she had great, great chemiztry with Bruce/Bats. Didnt hurt that she was fucking gorgeous the whole time.
Bane was awesome. I can see people being upset that Atwoman offs him so abuptly, but really, I dont see a ton of other options, considering Bats wasnt going to do it.
Speaking of Bats, Bale delivered his best offering in this film. Hes been given more to work with than any other actor in the lead role, and he really ran with it. The hopelessnesd he evoked when Talia made her big reveal was awesome. Also, his seeming acceptance of his fate has hes flying the bomb to sea was great.
I love the ending. Bruce being able to finally find peace and happiness, and for his real father, Alfred, to finally be able to witness Bruce at peace, free of his demons, was the only way I csnnow ever see this film ending. I was of the opinion that Bruce should be Batman forever, but Nolan an co. did such a great job writing the end I cant help but love it.
Also, the clever, yet subtle way Bruce reveals himself to Gordon wast just fantastic, and so touching.
Other things I really dug; Bruce being out of game shape. Yeah, he owned the mercs and prettyy much beat the tar out of them, you could see howmuch of a tole it took on him.
Alsi, the Bane/Bats round one fight was just fucking brutal. Bane just beats the holy hell out of Bats. Its almost tough to watch. I loved that the second time around, Bane was still manhandling him, and only when Bats snips some of the tubing on Banes mask with his gauntlett fin does Bats really get to layinto him.
And while even more brief than Two-Face in TDK, Talias reveal and her monologue explaining her origin, along with Batman seeming in such despair, was so great.
