Gary has to balance everything hrough the prism of to ownership group philosophies. As much slack as he deserves to get, I doubt anyone would do a better job with the divide that isit between the ownership camps and the 'VS' attitude that also exist between owners and players.

He is an easy target, he's smug and comes off may too elitist, but the guy has done prttey good considering what he has to work with.
