I'm watching some videos on YouTube, some of these "RAW Reviews", and some people are bitching about how "disappointed" they are that WWE did not bring out a new WWE Title.

When the hell did WWE say they were going to bring out a new Title tonight?

People make up their own expectations based on nothing and then consider themselves "disappointed".
