What in the blue hell would Jeff Hardy do as a GM? He barely talked on the mic throughout his career, and he wasn't even a great wrestler by most standards. It seems that you can be a GM only if you were involved in the business for a long time, are a legendary type wrestler, you were good on the mic, you are family of the company's owner, etc. What im basically saying is that not just anybody can be GM, and that you have to be recognized by all fans.

Hardy was a midcarder who lacked in his ringwork, and entertained his fans by jumping through tables. I definitely wouldnt be laughing if he appeared on my tv in a suit with his purple and green hair and facepaint
