Bay is still worse. At least Bonilla's only taking up a small fraction of the payroll. The Mets meanwhile will probably have no financial flexibility until Bay is off the books after 2013.

I'm sure Bay is a nice guy, but I do hope he continues to get booed every time he comes up. Eventually it'll force the front office's hand, even if not until Spring Training next year.
