I think the 7th might be the 20th Anniversary show as it's the Raw before the actual anniversary itself.

Usually with special occasions, the WWE have a special episode for it before the date the occasion falls on, if the show doesn't fall on the actual date itself. Such as Christmas episodes airing the Monday/Friday before Christmas Day, whichever of those two days are closer to it. The same is done for Independence Day, Thanksgiving and even New Year's Eve.
