Read on Bleacher Report that having Joey Ryan as the leader makes the most sense considering he's been randomly appearing at shows. In terms of logic, it works since he's still upset at being rejected from his Gut Check segment and has some lingering anger against TNA as a result.

nobody gives a fuck about Joey Ryan. Come to the big reveal about who's been beating up all of their top stars for weeks and it'd be greeted with silence. Even TNA know that. And how would they make money from it? People aren't suddenly going to clamour to see Joey Ryan in a PPV main event just because you tell them to.

and The Bleacher Report is about 3 rungs below the "wrestling news sites" when it comes to their ramblings on wrestling.
