I think I KINDA liked HBK before he turned face. I remember when Sid turned on him I got excited about the potential face turn. I don't remember actually rooting for him when he was a heel though.

The first heel that I was really 100% behind was Austin when he started feuding with Bret. Mainly because I was a huge HBK mark and became anti-Bret and thus loved Austin.
