I could see if it was arm fatigue or injury related but to shut him down over "pitching mental" reasons is pretty stupid. Its the club's fault for constantly mentioning he would be shut down soon every time it was his turn which lead him to start messing up instead of just leaving him alone until the time came.
Nationals are having their best season since 1994 and just like that season, their golden chance for a title pretty much is gone again.
