Wear an evil goatee, dress like Cesaro except with blue as the base color instead of red, walk around with the European Title instead of the US Title, get Kharma to come back as his valet instead of a thin white chick like Aksana, say a word in one language before every match.
His new name... Bizarro Cesaro.
