I'm sure Cena will push through and work Hell in a Cell, but assuming that he is absolutely out, and if Randy Orton cannot work the PPV due to filming commitments, I think they'll go with Triple H. It'd be pretty easy to set-up (as far as impromtu things go), and it would be a "big match" for PPV. You could bring up Paul Heyman's lawsuits against the WWE, or have him and Punk try to hold up the WWE for more benefits their way, leading to The Game coming out and announcing that he would step into the Devil's Playpen -- a match he is infamous for -- to rip the WWE Title from Punk.
