Initially, Savio Vega had accepted a challenge from Austin's manager Ted DiBiase that if Savio lost, he would become Ted's chauffer. Well, at the initial event, Savio came out on top, and thus, didn't have to drive Mr. DiBiase around. However, on Monday Night Raw, after they announced that the entire show would be done again that Tuesday, or at least I think Tuesday, The Million Dollar Man told Savio to keep the stipulation on, and said that if he did, he had one of his own. He told Vince McMahon that if Savio Vega defeated Stone Cold Steve Austin that he'd leave the WWF forever.

It turned out Savio won, and Ted DiBiase did in fact leave the WWF, and hasn't returned since. Savio and the crowd sang to him, and Savio actually used it as an exit theme for a while.

Austin, even in character, seemed almost happy that Ted was gone, meanwhile, Savio went nowhere fast, and Ted went to WCW and joined the nWo.

On an interesting note, back then, I had a dream that Savio lost the match and then took Ted for a ride and drove the limo right into a building.

One thing you forgot to mention it was a strap match I beleive the first ever four corners strap match.
