This shouldn't be close. It's La Resistance. They were great wrestlers and they were hella over in the lead up to the War in Iraq and the whole Freedom Fries bullshit. A tag team that got over by telling the truth and the stupid fans not being able to accept it. Also there was a little hint of old 80s NWA Russian gimmick when they had Robert Conway be the "Krusher Krushev" as an "enemy" sympathizer. Classic hate foreigners wrestling was back in full swing and it was great, but we were supposed to hate them for completely different reasons. It was a dose of fresh air in a business that really needed in in the wake of failures of the WCW Invasion and the early days of brand extension which were confusing.
They were also a pretty formidable six man tag team combination whenever they were all healthy enough to compete as a team.
