Don't forget Teddy Long, everyone's favorite ref. He got a "Teddy" chant at the SmackDown event I was at a couple years back.
As for Jindrak, I think he'll do well in his gimmick, but I, like many others, wish they didn't jump the gun in giving Sean O'Haire the boot (he was a very interesting wrestler, and better than some gave him credit for being) and made the two of them a tag team again. SmackDown desperately needs some real tag teams. Outside of the Bashams, every other team is a mismatched tandem.
Things that work well for Jindrak is his ring work, and interesting finishing move. Dunno about him on the mic, but they need to be on SmackDown more. Maybe if the Dupree feud fizzles out, he can feud with John Cena in the midcard.
