There is nothing against the rules to rebuilding your team every few years.
You guys are making a big deal out of it. At least they grind up in cycles. The Pirates and Royals have just been SHIT for 20 years. Should Bud Selig come in and take those teams over?
They Traded away a bunch over aging, over paid players and are rebuilding. Nothing illegal or wrong with it.
