How did they "burn" them??

First was called cause RG3's speaker was fucked up in his helmet and he couldn't get the play in and the second was London Fletcher calling it cause he didn't like the alignment on a 2nd and long..

Both seem perfectly good times to call a timeout.. Those are actually specific examples of perfect times to call timeouts..
