Royals sign Miguel Tejada to a 1-year, $1.1 mil. minor league deal. With $400k in incentives.

Here's the catch. There's no room on the 40 man roster for him right now, as soon as their is, it gets converted into a major league deal.

I think something snapped in Dayton Moore's head ever since he made that deal with the Rays.
