Yeah, that's what I had meant. I was trying to enter everything through WWE 13's code entry menu. It asked me to redeem, then it said my console didn't have permission. I had to enter it through XBL's Redeem thingy, then was able to purchase the Fan Axxess pack.
In fairness, though you OBVI had no idea that trying to redeem the code on the disc would result in that error, nor should you have expected that either, as it was a valid code. But I am glad everything worked out for you.
