People shitting on the accuracy of what Punk said and the legitimacy of his knocks against Rock need to remember... he's a heel... cutting a heel promo. It's like people hear Punk say "pipebomb" and suddenly decide "Fuck the fact that I'm watching pro wrestling, he must now speak 100% gospel as Phil Brooks". He's still playing a character.
You don't have to agree that Tyson Kidd should get more TV time... It doesn't have to make sense to you... It only needs to make sense coming from Punk's character. It's the same character that complained last summer about Cena getting all the hype and adoration despite Punk being the best wrestler in the world. The stuff he said last night went right along with it.
