Can't "make" talent at Mania anymore. It can certainly be used as a huge stepping stone, but in the end it is all about how they are booked afterwards.

Case in point: The Miz. I legit thought they had made a big new star. Main evented WM and won. Thought he was going to be in the main event scene for a long time to come after that. It was not to be.
