hell naw. Angles are what catch your attention and get you involved into whatever is going on.
Going back to wrestling as it was in the 50's or 60's, where it was basically "I am strong, I will beat you", with no real meaning, would be horrible. I wouldn't be able to get into that shit.
The Triple H vs Undertaker "Hell in a Cell match" with HBK as special guest referee is a great example of a classic match that was all about the storyline it carried.
